Breaking away from typical flat, water-heavy Florida archetypes, the 7,149-yard layout capitalizes on dramatic natural elevation changes, rolling sandy ridges, and dense pine-lined corridors. By leveraging elevated green complexes and sweeping waste bunkers, the design creates a highly strategic, visually striking, and ruggedly authentic sandhills-style asset.
